How ordering flowers with Songdokmai works: choose, pick a time slot, confirm on LINE, pay by PromptPay or bank transfer, and see a real photo before delivery.
Order in 4 steps
- Pick your flowersChoose a bouquet, a rose bouquet, or describe what you'd like, then press “Order”.
- Choose day and timeAdd the delivery date, a time slot, the address and your card message.
- Confirm on LINE, then payYour order lands in our LINE chat. We confirm the price, delivery fee and slot, then you pay.
- See it before it leavesWhen your bouquet is ready we send you a real photo on LINE before it goes out, then deliver it on time.

- A real photo of every bouquet before it leaves.

Questions
Are the prices on the site final?
They're starting prices. The final price depends on the day's fresh flowers and your choices; we always confirm it on LINE before you pay.
Can you deliver today?
Yes, if you order before that day's cut-off. Message us on LINE to check which slots are still open.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Bangkok for now. The delivery fee depends on distance; we tell you on LINE before you pay.
Will I see the bouquet first?
Yes. For every order we send you a real photo of the finished bouquet on LINE before it leaves.
How do I pay?
After we confirm on LINE, pay by PromptPay QR or Thai bank transfer. Card payment for overseas buyers is coming soon.
Can I add a card?
Yes, every bouquet comes with a free card. Type your message in the order form or in the chat.
What if the recipient isn't in?
We call the recipient before delivering. If we can't reach them, we message you on LINE to rearrange or leave it with someone you name.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, until we start making the bouquet. Message us on LINE as soon as you can.
